3.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200; to withdraw this bonus, a wagering requirement of ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 must be met. This bonus is available once only, and the bonus amount cannot be withdrawn without fulfilling the wagering requirement.

3.2 Bonus Abuse

Placing artificial bets to earn bonuses, covering risk-free bets, or engaging in any other form of manipulation will result in the bonus being cancelled and the associated account may be closed.

3.3 VIP Cashback

tk999app's VIP programme has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier offers weekly cashback, which is a portion of the net losses for that week. For example: a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 in cashback. Cashback is added directly to the account balance.

3.4 Changes to Promotional Terms

tk999app reserves the right to change or cancel the terms of any promotion or offer without prior notice. If you are already participating in an ongoing promotion, the existing terms at that time will apply.

4.1 Finality of Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. If a technical issue or error affects the outcome of a bet, tk999app may, at its own discretion, void or re-evaluate that bet.

4.2 Abandoned Matches in Sports Betting

If a sports event is stopped or abandoned before the scheduled time, tk999app will settle all bets on that event in accordance with its own rules. If a cricket match is shortened due to rain or any other reason, the result will be determined based on international sports regulations.

4.3 Technical Errors and Disputes

tk999app will not be held responsible for any loss caused by server outages, loss of internet connection, or other technical issues. If a fault is detected in the gaming software, winnings from that game may be voided.

4.4 Misuse of System and Software

Using any bot, automated software, crawler, or similar technology to gain an advantage on the platform is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed.
